what a day
fun filled day for me
learned a lot today
had my 1st intubated kid here in UK
and managed it from start to end
until trans out
amazing witnessing that one again
poor child though
but twas an amazing day
kinda know what was going
but midway i was lost
debating between specialty is sooo awkward
even who is transferring and staying
it was confusing
would want a cats retrieval to have.
not soon but would want one.
been in the unit for 2 years and this is my first, can you imagine ???
lol

anyway managed to talk to y crush today
had the guts to go up to him and just talk.
happy me
